We saw a chance in the grain storage market where we can give farmers the opportunity to have a real turn key project, we strive to give our customers the best possible service as well as making the project a comfortable and easy process.

Flat Bottom Silos

We supply different size towers to support bucket elevators and walkways/gantries as well as side wall supports which is bolted to the silos. It is essential to properly support the walkways which runs over silos so that it can handle extreme load and wind conditions.

Gantry

It serves several purposes in managing and operating silos effectively. Mainly used to support conveying equipment.

Civil Work

When it comes to civil work for a silo complex it is very important to do the right job starting with a DCP Test, A DCP (Dynamic Cone Penetrometer) test is a field test used to evaluate the strength and compaction of soils and aggregates, typically in construction and geotechnical engineering. The test helps determine the bearing capacity and stability of the ground, which is crucial for designing and constructing foundations, pavements, and other structures.

After the evaluation the right design can be done, and the right bulk earth works and concrete work can follow.

It is very important to investigate each individual site as all sites have different soil types and strengths.
